Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Fair ****s to Noble!!! At least he is having a go.

I still think Top 15 would be unreal for him, but fair play to him for trying to make it happen rather then.

    Thats a surprise !

Is it some kind of tactic ? Save some energythis lap - take his 15 seconds, then tear out the last la p?

I think he should of taken it when 28 sec ahead. seems to be losing that time now

I didn't like the walking across the line to be honest - felt like he was taking the piss out of Gomez

Unbelievable for a pair of brothers to win gold and bronze. Could have even been a 1-2 were it not for the penalty. I like the flag thing as well, it looked completely unplanned. The person that gave him the flag was delighted with herself.

    23rd for noble

Great performance for Gavin Noble imho.

Ya the RTE lads said he was aiming for a top 30 finish, looks like he was unlucky to not finish in the top 20,fair play to him maybe if he didnt pick up that injury earlier in the year he would have been pushing for a top 15 place on todays showing

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 12,033 ✭✭✭✭Richard Hillman

Yer man Gomez was waving to the crowd when he was walking over the line. I think it happens a lot in Triathlon.
