I remember that doping case, I was very confused about it, I don't think his guilt or innocence was established, show jump horsey people are usually highly educated, he would want to be the stupidest thickest wnaker to dope his horse in the middle of an Olympic competition. Indeed, it seems silly to time them of its only gonna go to faults. I know they have to finish in a certain time but if its level on faults the quickest rider should win.
