Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Spain are out of the footie (and throwing their toys out of the pram), Britain win 3-1 so should be through I think.

Typical of Spain and Barcelona's attitude when they lose. Disgusting.

They would be so much more likeable if they occasional time they lost they did it with some dignity. I think that's why a lot of people accuse Spain of being boring.

Of course they aren't boring in a footballing sense, but I can see where people are coming from. They are like that kid in school that is good at everything. People just hate them :pac:

Chloe hammers the sh1te out of her opponent, an Irish dude playing tomorrow against the world no. 1. Methinks he won't have it as easy as Chloe did.

It's an observation tower overlooking the Park, called the Orbit.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ArcelorMittal_Orbit

The Olympic Park in Munich had something similar, although far most 70s in its design.

    Err what did he do.

Firstly pointed out to Ian Thorpe that he won his golds wearing one of the now outlawed swimsuits.

Then when he was signing off, he said something like "It might cheer you all to learn that Germany are yet to medal in these games.".

All very unnecessary and mean-spirited, I thought!
