Broadband suggestions for the outskirts, Portarlington

Anybody have any recommendations for broadband in the outskirts of Portarlington. Currently with Vodafone. Max phone line speed is 1mb. Spoke with Imagine Wimax who tell me they can provide 10mb & phone etc for 27.95 per month. Anybody else use these & if so what is the service like particularly in the outskirts? Thanks
