    Pretty solid, is promising to be hitting 110 given i felt worse than yesterday and was in a complete heap yesterday, have reset program, hence doubles at 90, don't think i'm going to reset the pulls, but will keep the snatch pulls sub-max, i really don't see the point of supra-max snatch pulls, for me at least.

    Took absolutely everything i had to powerclean more than i snatched today lol.
