Clongriffin parking and 15 bus

I was just wondering if the park and ride facility is still open in Clongriffin and the cost to park their for the day? I currently get the dart from Bayside but have a considerable walk from Tara station to work, so was considering switching to the 15 bus. Does the 15 bus have a stop at the Park and ride car park? and does it take long to get into the city centre during rush hour? Thanks

Earlsfort Terrace 54-65 minutes
Rathmines 66-74 minutes

I live there myself and parking is free it's opened from 6am - 9pm
