Christ almighty but If you were watching it, you must have had a mixture of the sweats and the shíts. He drifted as far as 11/10 at the start of the 2nd set tie break.
If your bet was with PP they would have at least given you back 100 if he lost -
but for the sake of your bet, I'm really glad he got there in the end though!

Well, well, well. I can now confirm that I fucking love Roger Federer. That man is such a hero. I was watching the match all right. He just wasn't quite himself for a lot of the first 2 sets - he had so many unforced errors and missed a few volleys and smashes that I would never have expected him to miss.

Surprisingly enough, I was never worried or nervous. Despite having my whole bank and my biggest ever bet on it, I was quite relaxed. He shouldn't have been @1.16 at all but sure when has value every bothered me? Couldn't believe Roger got broken straight after breaking Del Potro for the first time and serving for the match. I genuinely thought the match would never end at one stage! :pac:

Anyway, Shamrock Rovers won 2-0 also.

Japan game finished 3-0, although they should have scored one and the Egyptian keeper made an excellent save just before full-time.

Brazil once again make things extremely hard by going behind twice, once to 10 men, but they won 3-2 in the end. Celtic won 1-0 courtesy of a goalkeeping mistake late on.

An update on my volleyball girls: they have won their first 4 matches 2-0. I think they are into the last 16 now. I'm not totally sure.

Thanks. It's on sometime tomorrow. I originally thought it was on today which I was I placed the bet this morning, but it was just the heats on today. Bolt has drifted to 1.80 now.

Cheers, any reason behind the drift? Been mainly focused on the GAA today so haven't paid too much attention to the athletics. Slightly wary of going on Bold as Lochte burned me earlier on the swimming.

I only saw the final heat but Yohan Blake ran well, won it without a bother. He is an animal! I'd imagine Bolt didn't try very hard for his heat so possibly got a poor time and could explain the drift? I don't know but I'm hoping he'll pull it out of the bag tomorrow.

If you want a banker, a Jamaican winner is @1.05 if you have a lot of money to invest! :P

Kerry lost by a point which doesn't shock me too much but Roger Federer = :eek:. Losing 3-0 to Andy Murray! Unbelievable - I was genuinely considering going massive on over 3.5 sets @1.44. On a more positive note, Usain Bolt is an animal!

I'd say so. They haven't lost a set at the Olympics yet and have just won the 1st set 21-10.

Edit: It may not actually be "value" but I think it will win and that's all the matters to me.
