Philips Blu Ray from Harvey Norman

Last year, cant remember when, More than 12 months i guess. Anyway, I tried to put on the power on that Blu ray Dvd, But wont come on ? Tried to put in new fuse in bulk, still the same... I dont watch DVD often,maybe 4 times a month... Anybody enlighten me here ? Thanks in Advance.
