Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Ok so last year i got a present of a C2 Hair straighteners which I adore, excellent for my thick hair!

My being the eejit i am, stepped on the hinge part and its is now basically broken in half :(

So i sent it to this Gadget repair shop where i'm from and he couldnt fix it but he sent it to the UK and they couldnt fix it either! Double :(

Yesterday i emailed Corioliss about sending to them to repair and they said they dont do repairs but offered me 25% discount on a new one of same model!

So what i'm asking is should i try somewhere else? Any ideas where?
OR go for the new one? its working out to be about 120 with P&P...

Go for a new one! If your thick hair is anything like mine straighteners are a must! Pity it wasn't covered under its warranty! The same thing happened to me with ghds
I stood on them and they literally snapped
too, I brought them into Peter marks with receipt and they just handed me a new set as it was within the year!
