Electricity savings for common area lighting etc.?

Hi, Just wondering has anyone changed to a cheaper provider? We've been with the same for years and wondering are there much savings. Annual bill is about 1500 for street lights and treatment plant. We're with Energia (I think) Thanks in advance.
