Hi all,

Kinda new to this & not sure if I have posted this in the correct forum, but was wondering if someone could suggest a good personal trainer in the Laois area?

Little bit of Background:
32year old female looking to get back training and really needs a kick start. I'm not a complete stranger to the gym (apart from the past 1.5yrs), and not afraid of building muscle, but def want to lose some of the bodyfat!!!

Try fitnesscampireland.ie based in Portarlington I think. Not sure if she does individual personal training but know she runs group courses and I've heard great reports.
