"Scott Ferguson makes his return to Galway after his first storming appearance in the Bierhaus last November.

Both Scott's sets and productions are heavily influenced by black American culture and Detroit, to whom he often pays homage. After moving into Highland Park from the Detroit suburbs Scott bacame engulfed in the Detroit scene. Seeing DJs like Theo Parrish, Kenny Dixon Jr, Mike Huckaby and Anthony "Shake" Shakir gave Scott the freedom to convey a wide range of emotions and genres in his sets. This was no more apparent than his three hour set in the Bierhaus last November. His sets span from Detroit and Chicago influenced house and techno to disco, soul, funk hip hop, etc.

Scott's productions have also appeared on Moodymann's Mahogani Music label when this year Marvin Belton's Find A Way EP was released which Scott produced. His own label, Ferrispark Records was set up in 2001 as a showcase for both he and his friends music and has gone from strength to strength with so many highlights from it's thirty five vinyl releases.

Support on the night comes from Epoch residents Colin Finnegan and Enda House
