Hi,

I'm currently living with my gf on Portland St North in the complex called Bakers Yard. The complex is nice and all but the neighbourhood (North Circular Road) is quite dodgy (ie. problem with local kids getting to the complex, setting fire alarms off, teens drinking in the staircases, noise etc.)

We are thinking about moving to a 1-bed room apt in the areas: IFSC, Waterside Apts (near the Borg Gais Theathre), Beckett's Bridge Area, Castleforbes Sq apts.

Any of you have any opinions on the above or maybe would recommend quite and peacefull area or even particular block with nice neighbours?
