HKC GSM sim change

    Am I right in saying to change a sim in a HKC GSM from bill pay to pay as you go you need to power off the whole alarm or just the GSM part?

    Will the GSM automatically work as before when the new sim is installed too?

    A GSM digi is the same as a phone. It needs to power on with the SIM in place for the SIM to initialize. You should not have to power down the alarm as well.
