    How do bank of ireland respond when glenworth refer you back to them

    It depends on the situation that Genworth referred you back to Bank of Ireland. If it is on a credit card please call credit card services on 0818 251 251. If it is in relation to a loan, please call your branch. Details can be found here. They will be able to look into it for you.
