Browsers not working...

    IE, Firefox and Safari, to use the technical term, seem fecked.

    Internet connection is good tho' - I can ping websites etc.

    Checked settings, eg LAN and proxy poxy servers etc, and all seem fine...

    Am at my wits end as I've never encountered such a problem before.

    Please help!

    Try this first, open Firefox, click the Help tab at the top, click "Restart with add-ons disabled". Does it work properly then ?


    If not, close as many programs as possible that are running, particularly your security programs, and see if the browsers work then
