    I'm trying to add a Payee to my online bank account and I had to activate my mobile phone, and was told that a code would be sent to me by post. I did this on the 15/07/12 and it still not has arrived - how long should it take?

    Thanks for your query. The code needed to activate your mobile phone usually takes 3-5 working days to get out to you. If there is any sort of delay with the post, this may take a small bit longer. Hopefully you should receive it early this week.
