Paul is very easily recognised, with his downbeat, monotone voice. He must have some mental problem....really feel sorry for him... They all know him now, and should refer him to help organisations. They must have made a mint on his calls by now

Sam recognised him straight away, if she had any sense of ethics (I know, silly me for thinking that) she'd make it so that he was actually referred to some voluntary body that could help or something.

His case really annoys me, he's being exploited by these people, he obviously has some compulsion to ring in and isn't able to process all the varying "advice" that he's being given and conclude that he's being exploited.

I remember Spookwoman posted a summary of his calls a while ago.

Another question, is there any way we can make Pauls case the subject of a complaint to TV3/BAI?, they should be referring him to someone as they promised they were doing before.

What about:

3.1.1. All commercial communications shall be prepared with a sense of responsibility both to the individual and to society and shall not prejudice the interests of either.
All commercial communications shall be legal, honest, decent, truthful and protect the interests of the audience.

and possibly: (but would need background info.)

3.2.1. Commercial communications shall not prejudice human dignity, cause harm or cause serious or widespread offence.

and:

3.4.4. Broadcasters shall comply with the spirit as well as the letter of the Code.

Okay, that's chancing it a bit but I feel that this particular type of program was never envisaged by the rule makers so some of the existing code needs to be interpreted in a way that was not originally intended.
