    2.44 per min no matter what as soon as you dial that number you start paying even if you get cut off.

    For someone who is financially secure - she is quite frivilous with money with such a long call. She won't be financially secure for long.

    Once you get through to that number, your put on hold, and you are charged from that moment on.....
