I think it's a bit extreme to call this a witchunt. In my opinion PRL would be considered a controversial show/programme, and therefore subject to extra scrutiny, especially given the premium rate charge. If there were no regulations/boundaries/guidelines in life the world would be in chaos and people could do want they wanted without any consequences.
