    Just found out that he was the youngest soldier in dunkirk. He was just shy of his 15th birthday:eek:

    He lied about his age then they found out sent him packing and he signed up again when he was 16. He passed away 2 years ago aged 95

    You sure you don't mean 85 when he passed OP ?

    Have you any pics of him in the war ?
    Would be great to see if you can find any.

    All the pics are back in belfast and he was 85 my mistake
