Food poisoning

Could I have got food poisoning from Dominos? I had one about 7 last night, up vomiting and diahorrea and severe stomach cramps. I have their meal deal for one with a pizza, garlic bread, coke and garlic dip? Should I contact them and let them know. Only other thing I ate all day was a sambo at 1pm. I know they can't do…
