Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi All

I have a friend who has a bike, the resricted washers were taken out before he bought it but he wants to put them back in to stay legal unlike the last owner,is this a job someone handy could do or is it a mechanic job,he has the washers, not worried about a certificate.

The washers will be restricting the inlet manifold. They are easy to fit google the bike and restriction, but getting access to fit them could be difficult. Someone who knows there way around an engine should be able fit them.

if your anyway handy with the spanners you should be easily able to do it, off with the tank, loosen the carbs off, if your lucky you might be able to squeeze the washers into the rubbers, if not its no big deal to pull off the restrictors put the washers into the inlet manifold, push the carbs back on, tank back on, job done, watch a youtube video first to get an idea but its piss easy
