I want to try and broaden my skill set over the next year or so, and this might tie in with what I am currently doing.

To me, that sound like a very flakey title for a course. Plus, the accreditation body seem terribly vague, so I would question how well recognised they would be both in Ireland and abroad.

And looking at the topic list, they all seem a little fluffy and vague to me. Personally, I think you would be better off looking for a business/ICT course in a local college.
