Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Cattle Cards

I've just noticed that one of my cattle cards has no more free lines for the vet to sign. With the test coming up, do I need to send away for a new card, or does the vet sort it out when he takes the cards?

The vet will sort it out, but you could ring the Dvo and they might issue one.

Vet sorts it out here. When you get the cards back, the full ones will be missing. New cards will usually follow directly from the DVO within a week.

    Same system here.

If the beast is one you want to sell you will have to wait longer. I found this out the hard way.
Wanted to sell a cow and of course she was the only one who's card didn't come back for an extra week. Awful nuisance as it was in the days when you only had 30 days on the blood test. Not quite so bad now.
