Banned for breaking rules but I didnt!!

Im banned for sharing the location of magic mushrooms.. The rules state the following:

The following are not permitted:
Asking / telling where to buy drugs.
Asking / telling how to take drugs.
Asking / telling how to grow drugs.
Asking / telling how to get a fake ID.
Advising other users to take drugs.

Im not asking/telling where to buy them.
Im not asking/telling how to take them.
Im not asking/telling how to grow them.
Im not asking/telling how to get fake ID
And im not advising others to take them..

I shouldnt be banned. I have not broken these rules

Not that there's actually a need to change anything in this case, but do please take the point about the spirit of the law superceding the letter of the law. No harm to note that rules-lawyering won't make you popular either.


Now, you started a thread on this subject last week, it was deleted by one of the AH mods; because you were relatively new no other action was taken.

To-night, however, you started another one encouraging people to PM you re: "sharing a location" of magic mushrooms.

Whether you intended to profit from this or not, I don't really give a damn tbh.

Boards has no wish to be held responsible for posts telling people where to get drugs of any kind. Or indeed any other illegal or dangerous activity.

That's the *spirit* of the law in these parts, and that's what the mod was enforcing, quite rightly.

This ban is upheld.

And here's a word to the wise: you've had your warning now, and it should hopefully be very clear.

If I ever see a post like that from you again, I shall be requesting that you be permanently sitebanned.

This is a PG13 site. If you want to share location of magic mushrooms with anonymous strangers on the internet find a site that will cater to your needs. This isn't it.
