Hello, I am considering renting an apartment in Russell Street - BEHAN SQUARE, D1. There is a pretty new apartments complex there, well maintained.

I don't know the area well, v. close to Croke Park but also SummerHill, Mountjoy....I understand these to be not such safe areas. I am not overly concerned but still I want to get a feeling from someone that may be living there already or knows the surroundings.
