    Hi working fool,

    The letter that is sent out with the card is a standard letter that goes out with all cards. When you cancelled the card, due to the issues you were having, the agent may have cancelled everything for security and should have verbally advised you would receive a new pin.

    I apologise again for the issues you have had and hope when you receive the pin nothing else arises for you.

    I had no intention to cancel the card .
    First person I spoke to at 365 said it would take another 24h to reset the card
    Second person said they would have to send me out another different pin number in 3 to 5 working days which from my experience with boi means a week .

    So basically I'm on week 3 now with a dodgy card

    And after PAYING for a new one I'll have to wait yet another week !
