Ryanair is very clear on their policies. Why is she even on air?

Probably because she didnt read the policies

And now we have the monthly lets bitch about Ryanair slot.

Absolutely ridiculous, Joe Duffy's tirade against RyanAir... Without Ryanair, a lot of these people would be either on the boat, or not going at all.

Joe is doing 90% of the talking, caller barely gets a word in.

From the UK? Why not? I know it's Ryanair policy, but they are just total cnuts when it comes to making exceptions for situations like that.

    Pr1cks.

    Don't fly with them them.

    Simple as that.

"if Aer Lingus will let you on with photo ID"...

For the price of one TV licence I could fly to the UK return 8 times over. Before Ryanair, I could barely get a one way ticket to london.
Thats why someone on €400k a year will never understand why the ordinary guy in the street loves ryanair.

because some people ignore the rule and policies, run into trouble and get air time to bitch.

i have never had problems with ryanair. they send me an email saying what I have to do. i comply and off I go.

I don't, but I think it's grossly unreasonable of them, given the circumstances, to not let that family fly from the UK home without a passport, when it's not a legal requirement. Fair enough from elsewhere where a passport is required.
