    That's completely an aside issue though. Schoolbooks.ie sell themselves as a service that provides and delivers schoolbooks for people who for whatever reason wish to avail of that service.
    They have failed spectacularly to provide the service they have already taken money for and if it were my money, I too would be raging.

    She's self employed, doesn't work for the summer, and signs on? Excuse my ignorance, but I thought self-employed people could not claim dole? Isn't that one of the main gripes of self-employed people?
