    Sorry, Mannix (sp?) Flynn, Dublin City Council/ borderline communist windbag.

    He pops up on Liveline fairly regularly. He was very vocal about the deal that was done for the free bikes a couple of years back.

    I only half listened to the blurb at 12.40, it appears he is unhappy about the ammount of money being spent on some random thing....nothing new there.

    obviously (and without hearing it) one can assume Manic or his mates must have been left out of the party (funding)
