No he was in the van driven by a guy who was disqualified from driving. They were racing a car (the father admitted that himself), somebody was overtaking and the van he was in flipped over.. His son was thrown out the back of the van .

that's fair enough if he wasn't at the wheel, but the van was being raced.

Hes on the wrong track blaming the guards here.. If the chap doesnt know it's not a good idea to go racing cars in a van driven by a lad disqualified from driving, then there's nothing much you can do for him really..
