Whatever anyone thinks of travellers, that was an awful fupping stupid letter to write, to be fair. WTF did he put it in writing for?

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,090 ✭✭✭RadioRetro

Joe; "He's writing the letter as good news for his constituents, isn't that your point?"
    Caller; "No."
    Priceless. :D

My next door neighbours are Roma. If you think travellers in ireland are badly treated you should see how the Roma are treated by the Czechs.

My next door neighbour works in a factory and earns about half of what my rent is. His wife sells knock off perfume to make ends meet. Aside from the constant shouting which we put up with they are no problems and they are integrating into the community. If they keep it up, they wont be referred to as Roma any more they will be the Jones' at number 47.

If a few more traveller families did that the issue would sort itself out within a few years.

I know its a touchy subject, but take it easy on the comments about other communities regardless of your feelings towards them please. Racism is against the charter and won't be taken lightly

Many do. Unfortunately for them, good behaviour doesn't attract the same level of attention.
