    so in a recession we can get everything for free. you stupid woman. you didnt pay your bill you used the electricity and refused to pay and you werent given another chance from teh esb

    Why did they let it get that far?

    Most companies will accept piece by piece payment by arrangement with the customer.

    Not sure how it gets so far as to have someone call to your door to cut off electricity.
    ESB will accept payment plans and cutting you off is a last resort. Airtricity will cut you off as quick as they legally can.

    With these types of calls I want to hear figures. What is your income? What is your mortgage, what are you paying on car loans etc. etc.
