    Yer man who was pestered to take loans but refused is bang on. I had to fight my local branch's staff and manager many a time. It got so I wouldn't go into the branch.

    But taking loan after loan reckoning property will go up for ever is borderline insanity.

    I think the biggest hypocrisy of the whole property boom thing, is the fact that the Government on one hand class housing as a necessity (as they give out social housing as benefit), yet on the other hand they let people profiteer from housing.....
