I have this taxi thing figured.

With phone apps customers are hailing taxis from the terminals, the drivers in the holding pen that have the technology are being called, they pretend that they are leaving the queue and then proceed to the terminal.

The drivers holding up traffic should be maced and battoned, all glass in their vehicles should be smashed.

DAA should cancel their permits.
