Mortgage Query

Hi, I'm looking to buy a house that has no planning for a spectic tank, the house is part build and i think i'm in a pretty good position to get a mortgage, i bank with boi. i would have to apply for retention once i have purshased the house. Will this affect my changes of getting a mortgage? thanks

All mortgages are offered on a case by case basis, you would be best to speak to a mortgage advisor in your nearest branch to go through the options for you.
