rates information

I'm looking to get the value of rates for a retail unit in Balbriggan. where about would I find these, without going to the landlord or letting agent.

ask another retailer nearby who has a similar store - most retailers will give this info if it means an extra empty unit being occupied.


back of envelope calculation would be circa 20%-25% of current market rent. (current market is in doldrums, hence the high percentage)

Sorry didnt realise they didnt show fingal on it.

You can ask another retailer but I 've seen units of similar size having a different rateable valuation even though they were only 200 meters from each other.

You could try ringing the rates office and seeing what they have for the unit
