how do i remove a closed deposit account from 365 online?

    Hi

    I had a savings account with BOI ages ago and had it added to my online banking. Now that the account is no longer active, I want to remove it from my online banking, but I cannot see how to do this?

    how can it be done?

    Hey, to remove most things from your 365 online account I'm pretty sure you need to call them.

    As antonymous suggested, you'll need to contact Banking365 on 0818 365 365 and a representative will be happy to help remove your old account for you.

    kinda defeats the purpose of it being 'online' if i have to phone to administer it
