xbox freezing.

Hi all. When I an playing cod my xbox freezes after about 20 min of play and will not respond to anything.I then plug it out and it will restart with no red lights. Is this an overheating issue. If it id I'm gonna chance giving it myself. Opinions please. Thanks.

its on its last legs,
You have a few choices.

Get it relowed/reballed by a professional with a good reputation and the proper BGA rework equipment.

or

Get a new one when it dies completely

or

send it into microsoft if still in warranty
