Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

After 7 years my beloved rancilio silvia has stopped working, It seems to be a pump/blockage problem. The pump seems to work ok, water/steam comes out of the steam wand but not a drop will come out of the group head.

If had a fiddle around and can't see anything obvious, I descale every 2/3 months so don't think that is the problem.

Is there anybody in Ireland who repairs theses machines? preferably Dublin but I can ship it anywhere in Ireland.

    Thanks

Try dismantling the group head and giving it a clean.

Cleaning is not the problem,(well, not he solution) the machine is well looked after, I've tried all the usual things.

I could have a go opening the boiler but would rather let a professional have a go.

I just wanted to see if anybody could recommend a good coffee machine service company.

    Thanks.

Kenilworth Electrical in Harolds Cross or Gaggia in Citwest might be able to advise.
