Non-IEC Visas

My friend was hoping to move to Canada (Toronto) in September, but obviously the IEC 2012 visas are all gone. Does anyone know if there are any other visas she could get instead? She has a biotech degree and work experience in that sector. Thanks!

She needs to find a company that will

1, Apply for an LMO or has an open LMO
2, Give her a job
