gasket for double glazed window

I recently into a new place and the windows had been siliconed shut to fill the gap in the window to stop the draft i presume, then somebody went and sliced it with a blade and sliced the gasket of with it. I am after fixing the window so it shuts properly and took all the silicone off the window but i need a new gasket…

I am in the Clondalkin area. Any help is appreciated.
