Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Cannot see video sent on iPad

    Can someone help me here please? I have an iPad 3 and my brother has forwarded onto me from his iPad a video that a friend of his sent to him from the friends iPad. A message came via my email and when I click on the attachment all that appears is a black screen with the play arrow with a line through it. I am afraid that I am not very tech savvy and would appreciate any help that can be given here. Don't know if it makes any difference but my brother and his friend are in the UK and I am in Ireland

    Anybody got any ideas? Or maybe tell me where I can find out about this problem.
