I think I may be coeliac and am currently looking for ways to cut out gluten to see if I feel any better. Anyone have any ideas for lunch and dinner that doesn't include breads, pastas or flour based sauces? Mainly looking for lunch ideas... I can still have spuds for dinner!! ;)
