    Brightened up the contrast a little:

    1 and 5 definitely looks like X and R.
    2 looks most like 3 to me, but could also be 5, 6, 8, 9, 0, G, J.
    3 looks like a K or an N, maybe an R (but it's different to the 5th character).
    4 looks like an M to me.

    Try: X3KMR and X3NMR

    You can input codes on the Xbox website (copy and paste the 4 known groups), it'll save you using the controller for each 25 digit code!

    Give it a few more shots and then contact Microsoft like calex says. They should hopefully help.
