Anyone know why this road was closed this morning? Saw people walking down through terenure and businesses still open so it doesnt look like it was a bomb scare.

    From AA Roadwatch:

Terenure Rd North is closed between Terenure Cross and the jct with Kennilworth Square North on Harolds Cross Rd due to a fire in the area.

No it was a shop on the opposite side of the road from Quinlans and slightly closer city side which was on fire.
Passed it on the bus just as the fire brigade arrived this morning.

I think the shop in question has been closed for sometime but it was part of a terrace with adjoining buildings which were occupied

Riot squad have been called in as simmering local tensions re: proposed commoner post code changes finally ignite.

It was An Siopa Beag, sorry to see, lovely people, dropped in there sometimes. Across from the charity shop and the health food place, next to the closed down chippers.
