It looks like US players will have to apply to the DOJ, but non-US players will be able to withdraw as was previously normal within 90 days. They plan to run FTP as a separate entity continuing out of Dublin, so it should save some jobs too.

Wait until the site opens back up (which will be within 90 days) and then withdraw like you would have before.

Unless you're in the US, in which case you'll have to apply to the DOJ
