    An Post have the best savings accounts on offer at the moment as far as I can tell.
    I think it's 21% over 5 years and 10%over 3 years, something along those lines anyway.

    You have full access to your money, if you need access to cash you have it, you just lose out on the interest on that amount obviously.

    I was thinkng of putting a bit aside myself a few weeks ago and An Post were the only ones I noticed which had any decent offers.

    Those rates are from www.statesavings.ie

    Appears to be minimum 3yrs term if you want decent rates.
