    Some thunder & lightning around 12, then biblical rain.

    Said this once already this summer & hopefully never again "never saw rain like this in Ireland"

    At one point (about 12.45) station reported 190mm/h

    Very localised - love the weather

    Rain lashing off windows all night, not my usual report, but there ya go!
    Funny thing is the big windows make excellent observation platforms.

    If I'm going to be much longer here, I'll have to get them to move my weather station. :)

    I'm down the road for a couple of days, looking at my weather station on line is strange, thinking its not raining but the station says it is??!!

    If you're on the Wilton side you could do a bit of plane spotting!
